I am Stefan Peintner – consultant, project manager and interim manager with many years of international industry experience. I support medium-sized companies in demanding phases of growth, change and improvement, particularly in industrialization, production setup and scale-up, management systems and audits, as well as training and qualification.
My strength lies in combining strategic clarity with operational implementation. I work practically, in a structured manner, and with a clear focus on solutions that actually work within the company. My aim is not just to develop concepts, but to provide effective support in real-world implementation.
I support companies where experience, guidance and implementation skills are required – be it in international industrialization projects, in the further development of organizations and suppliers, or in the introduction and auditing of management systems.
