Main tasks:
- Establishment of Intercable SRO, a start-up company in the field of electromobility (580 FTEs / € 80 million turnover), (divisions: HR / QM / FI / PROD / TE / IE / IT)
- Overall responsibility and management for founding, building a 100% subsidiary in the sense of a start-up. Strategic, legal and operational handling and responsibility for the entire project worth 50 million euros
- Responsible for all communication, investment and establishment of a branch abroad in all matters

- Site preparation for the production of automotive in the field of electromobility
- Customers / OEM production release for e-mobility high-voltage area, plant in Slovakia

Results:
- Personnel increase of 580 employees within 2 years
- Responsible for the continuous growth of 300% in 2019
- Acquisition of project financing in Slovakia with TATRA Bank 2018 (€ 25 million)
- Positive conclusion of the project: "Industry Promotion Slovakia" with SARIO => Funding volume = € 2.5 million
- Successful installation of 55 automatic and semi-automatic production lines

- Successful implementation of various IT software from the parent company to the subsidiary
